    Jay,

I absolutely believe that the last thing stated is essential to creating a family of business people that you do business with. Welcoming people into your personal life is often times looked down upon in the States. Yet I find that the more you open up to who you truly are, the more comfortable, and the more loyal, you and your business partner will both be in the long run.

I work with auto dealerships and the biggest problem they have is getting more customers into their dealerships especially during these hard economic times. There are some dealerships that because of shear size and inventory have survived however in my opinion, they’re not maximizing their marketing dollar sticking to old and archaic forms of advertising, T.V., radio, newspaper…etc What are the other options? These dealerships have massive data bases of “orphaned” clients who go without lifelong customer service. Dealerships would rather go after new dollars, which at this point seems to be shrinking
