Joseph Grenny is Cofounder of VitalSmarts and an acclaimed keynote speaker and business strategy expert. For the past 25 years, he has designed and implemented major corporate change initiatives. He has advised thousands of leaders on every major continent, from the board rooms of Fortune 500 companies to the slums of Nairobi, Kenya.

Grenny was formerly president of California Computer Corporation and an executive for the Covey Leadership Center.  He coauthored the New York Times bestseller, Influencer: The Power to Change Anything, Influencer teaches anyone—executives and front-line employees, mothers and fathers, community and political leaders alike—not only that it is possible to influence change, but also that it can be done quickly and produce sustainable results.
