Dear Jay,

I am beyond excited to apply for this very special offer you are making available exclusively to high-level business owners like me.

I understand that my submission of this form acts as an electronic signature accepting the terms and conditions of this purchase. Furthermore, it signifies that I am ready, willing, and able to financially commit to this opportunity in accordance with the payment arrangement I’ve selected.

As long as you accept me as a client, I will get to participate in this private Profit Partner with you for 3-months.

I agree to give my best efforts when it comes to implementing and executing the agreed upon strategies we decide to test together, so that I can begin meaningfully improving the profit performance of my business—and make this alliance truly worthwhile for both of us.
