No, I’m referring to your sustaining ability to earn a comfortable (and possibly handsome) income from your small business for life.
I’m asking mature, level-headed, small business owners THIS question for an important reason: I’m looking for a few stable, small business owners who are seeking better, more efficient and effective ways to sell, market and profit from their sales, marketing, marketing strategy, competitive positioning efforts -- to let me hear from you, now.
Frankly – during the past few years, I’ve had so many small business owners prevail upon me to find some practical way to help their business grow – that I’ve finally decided to re-embrace a powerful opportunity for you:
In a nutshell, I’ve agreed to host an ultra-elite, intimate, one-of-a-kind MasterMind group --- for a few fortunate small business owners --- in the New Year.
Just for the record, I hosted a MasterMind group once before in the past to see how many people would follow through and perform what they promised. Truth is, a percentage of the people didn’t follow my advice or honor their commitments. But many people did and received striking results from my guidance.
Personally, I was pleased with everyone who achieved a successful outcome, but highly disappointed at the ones that avoided their commitment to themselves. So, after receiving countless requests to do it again, I’ve devised what will probably be my last MasterMind group. The goal here is simple: to prove how much of a “game-changing” difference I CAN produce for a smaller business owner like you in the here and now.
Will You Be One Of The Lucky Few Who Benefits From My Experience and Insight?
My goal is to identify the most success-probable, small business owners in my entire, worldwide database. Then, I want to take on a carefully chosen, extremely small group of just a dozen or so of you. I’m calling it my “Infinity Group.”
Why? Well, without being too terribly childlike in my innocence – I love the movie “Toy Story,” and the character Buzz Lightyear, whose motto was “Too infinity, and beyond!” It also reminds me of the opening of Rod Serling’s “Twilight Zone” TV shows.
The concept I’m entertaining here for you (if you’re suitable), is to bring those selected/accepted entrepreneurs together --- in-person, every other month --- here in Los Angeles…to work with me for a long, intensive, high-powered day of group mentoring.
So we’re clear here – it’s six gatherings a year. In addition, I will also deliver a potent “hands-on,” solution-setting, group teleconference mentoring session on the months in which there is no in-person meeting (all will be focused on marketing makeovers, strategy restructuring, business model rebuilding, competitive advantage enhancement, performance advantage, etc.).
I will focus on your individual challenges and give you precise step-by-step instructions on how to overcome them quickly, while uncovering the hidden opportunities in every issue as my extensive experience/understanding allows.
A Unique Laboratory for
Unleashing Your Untapped Greatness
My thought here -- is I’ll create a unique small business, growth “laboratory,” for tackling a wide range of current business opportunities and monster-sized challenges --- to improve the sales, marketing, competitive positioning and, above all else --- the long-term profit performance of smaller, but stable businesses.
Think untangling the Gordian knot that constricts, restrains, constrains your performance, profitability.
My big problem in the past --- frankly, has been incompatibility between myself, my economic model --- and all the eager smaller businesses out there seeking direct access to me.
By charging $5,000 an hour --- $50,000 a day, it tends to prohibit most of you – understandably, from affording/gaining access to my time or advice.
By me only doing profit sharing deals --- where I’m looking for a minimum of $500,000 range of annual, performance-based payment, it also eliminates almost ALL of you smaller businesses who may only be doing $500,000 to a few million in sales-total.
So I decided to once again create a truly exclusive --- and deeply expansive group-mentoring version of my “one-on-one” private consulting model, which was unconventional in its strategy and purpose.
It’s built on an interesting economic model I think those smaller companies on my list will like.
The goal here is to attract high performing, stable, small business owners who are not merely committed to growth and success --- but who (by their qualifications and past performance) are destined to far greater success --- if they have someone who cares and knows how, looking out after them. I’d merely be accelerating, enhancing and dramatically expanding what you’d achieve on your own over a far longer timeline or horizon --- if you did it yourself.
My goal here is to organize an exceptionally dynamic, but intimate, group of small entrepreneurs who (understandably) don’t have big bucks to spend on marketing or me. Yet, they need a “bang” for each buck they spend that’s disproportionately bigger than anything they’re used to achieving.
Is Your Business Ripe With Potential?
The people I’m interested in attracting know that they have an abundance of low hanging fruit just sitting in the business. And you’re eager to strategically harvest every “ripe” windfall profit dollar you can. My approach bears serious investigating IF you are someone who has worked hard to build your small business to a stable, sustainable place --- but you can’t get it going past a certain mark, i.e. you’re stuck.
Let me offer you peace of mind: With little additional investment, you probably CAN uncover the forces (and factors) that will double, perhaps even redouble again the profit/income your business can earn you.
I can’t predict what will happen, when I take on a carefully chosen group of hardworking small business owners and “group mentor” you all --- every month for a year and a quarter --- in person and via tele-coaching sessions. But your unhedged commitment, implementation and follow-through is crucial to my being able to help engineer the kind of bottom-line growth we’re talking about here. (It’s only going to work well if we collaborate continuously together.)
Atypically for me – I don’t want hundreds or thousands of people joining this. Again, dedicating myself to a group like this is a rather daunting commitment on my part. Frankly, the smaller you are – the more effort on me – because you lack resources, infrastructure, capital. But it’s also a chance for me to figure out all kinds of proven ways to profitably and productively work with your business so that it pays off for both sides.
I suspect the “Right” small business owners on my list will greatly appreciate the group brainstorming process I plan on putting you each through during the process. My expectation (frankly) is that --- in a typical bimonthly ultra-day-long session between myself and all you “Infinity Group,” elite members, we’ll tackle some extremely big business problems – and opportunities!
Will YOU implement, execute, fully apply all I advise and the ideas I come up with? We’ll only know when we get the process up and running.
You should expect to go home after each in-person session --- with as many as 200 brain-rattling ideas that result from this fast-paced, group mentoring dynamic. Obviously, I don’t expect you to apply anything close to that. But I do expect your paradigm to be stretched beyond imagination.
The value of those ideas will range from incremental to outrageous. The same applies to our every other month group mentoring “progress check” calls. That is – if you and all the other members do your part by collaborating fully.
Each member of our “Infinity Group” will get to pose scenarios/situations, ask questions, discuss critical problems – and most importantly, work through big opportunity situations you don’t know how to mine, by yourself.
I'm Here To Act As Your Catalyst
My role here is to mentor, guide, advise, explain, direct, strategize. Also to provoke, catalyze, stimulate monster-sized contribution from the group itself. Hopefully with all the high-level activities I’ve done, I’ll be able to anticipate questions, envision better scenarios and, of course, provide mentoring answers you can profitably implement. Also, I’m expecting your agile minds to contribute outstanding new possibilities for yourself and others.
The emphasis here is on collaboration, creating breakthroughs, critical thinking and strategic shifting of your paradigm and thus your business. The conversation will be diverse, deep and exceedingly fast-paced.
So, your superior listening and processing skills are needed IF you’re there to make your business better and you want me to make you a smarter business owner, marketer and strategic thinker. But Einstein said it best. To paraphrase him, nothing meaningful happens until something/someone moves. So action, implementation, follow-through is critical for you to get a huge payoff.
I’m hoping that --- by coming together in this intimate group of forward thinking, performance based achievers --- I can profoundly improve each one of your small businesses more quickly than you ever could by yourselves, if you just attended my static, large group seminars. But you know the adage about leading a horse to water? Will YOU drink?
Do You Feel You Qualify?
This is NOT for idle, passive, tentative-minded people. You MUST apply.
Your application must be a two-page, compelling essay.
It must be able to establish that you possess the resourcefulness, comprehension, directability and growth-minded thinking that defines each participant I’ll invite in.
Again, I don’t want hundreds or thousands in this experiment. Maybe just a dozen. No exceptions.
Plus, you must furnish five references my office can personally check.
These people must be able to confirm (and affirm) your character, your prejudice towards action, your open-minded, willingness to experiment, innovate, grow and evolve yourself and your business.
If you’re NOT looking for an environment where highly profitable waves of business creativity flourishes – this is not the place to be. But if you want to find ways to help your small business flourish, if you don’t want your enterprise (or yourself) to lose your edge. If you’re looking for practical ways for a small business to remain competitive and continue succeeding…then you may get accepted into my “Infinity Group” – if you respond quickly.
The very factors that could be limiting your business growth might also be the same factors holding back some of the other members of our group. So together, there’s an excellent chance we’ll get your small business back on a growth track. I’m betting big we will. But again – it’s not up to me. You must be willing to take continuous action or it’ll waste both our times.
But I need to tell you – participation isn’t free. I think it’s quite modest – frankly, given the fee structure I normally receive. Which is why I’m only accepting a group of 12... to do my best to ensure it makes economic sense for both sides.
You’ll pay a monthly participation fee of $2,000 per month. Plus – if you ARE accepted and invited into the “Infinity Group,” you’ll be expected to stay the distance, meaning you’ll attend every bimonthly group meeting session, every live coaching call on the months in between the in-person meetings, and you’ll pay for the entire, 15-month process.
If you’re at all tentative, uncertain or concerned about yourself, your finances --- or my ability to add enormous value – please don’t even apply for consideration. No one will try and sell you on participating. You have to sell me on being accepted, since I’m charging so little.
I want to see if the correct, hand-chosen, carefully invited candidates really DO something meaningful with the advice and ideas you’ll be given. If you do --- and the results are impressive – we’ll both win BIG!
The Only Upside for Me Is Your Success
The reason is simple. At $2,000 per monthly Infinity member, it doesn’t pay me well on the tuition fee alone (remember, a day of my time for pure fee-based consulting runs $50,000). That’s why everyone invited into the “Infinity Group” will be asked --- and agrees --- to pay me an additional performance-based, “Success Fee” as a bonus. However, this bonus won’t be due or payable to me UNLESS we get your small business earning you at least double your current income (not revenue – income!) --- within 15 months.
The success fee you’ll make to me – again -- only, if we double (or more) your income, is $25,000, additional.
That’s why you won’t be invited/accepted into the group, (nor should you even consider applying) if your business earns you less than $100,000 a year right now. Do the math. At $100,000 or more – if we double your income you’ve made a good to great first year return on investment– a return that should continue and multiply for years to come. If your business currently makes you more than $100,000, applying for consideration seems like an exceptionally good “gambit” on your part.
Bottom line? I want this highly focused, small-group, masterful mentoring model to make practical sense for me to personally work with smaller businesses – and for smaller businesses to profitably work with me. Last experiment – half followed through, half didn’t. Working with small businesses IS like herding cats, so don’t apply if you aren’t more committed to your business growth than I am.
So we’re both in this together, “connected at the hip” so-to-speak – if you apply and get accepted.

The first session will occur on or around January 25, 2013 in Los Angeles. Thereafter, every other session will occur on the third Monday of the month – unless there’s a holiday conflict. Then, it’ll move to the two days later…i.e. Wednesday, or the week after.
