Terms of Service for Black Friday Digital Program Promotion

By clicking the button below I agree to the Acceptable Use Policy, Honor Code that grants me the personal, non-exclusive use of the content provided in Jay’s program.

I understand that the digital programs offered in this Black Friday promotion are the exclusive property of The Abraham Group (TAG). All rights, including but not limited to copyrights and intellectual property rights, are retained by TAG.

I’m being granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the digital programs for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not grant any rights to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the digital programs.

I understand that I am not allowed to share it in any public manner without written permission to otherwise use the content. My purchase does not give me the ownership of any intellectual property rights to the content.

During the Black Friday promotion period, (through midnight Sunday, November 26th, 2023or at the discretion of TAG) the digital programs are available for purchase at a discounted price of $5,000, which is 5% of their standard pricing.

Users may review the content and decide whether it meets their needs before requesting a refund. All refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of purchase.

By purchasing and using the digital programs offered in this promotion, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. TAG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
