Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Dear Jay,

I am beyond excited to apply for this very special offer you are making available exclusively to high-level business owners like me.

I understand that my submission of this form acts as an electronic signature accepting the terms and conditions of this purchase. Furthermore, it signifies that I am ready, willing, and able to financially commit to this opportunity in accordance with the payment arrangement I’ve selected.

As long as you accept me as a client, I will get to participate in this private Profit Partner arrangement with you for up to 3 years.

Right off the bat, I will have a 4-hour deep dive immersion session with you. Then, I will have monthly “masterful thinking” sessions with you for up to three years.
