My first success came from a 1,000 radio station JV deal I did for Icy Hot.  It made the company thirteen million dollars in year one (from scratch).  I made $40,000 a month for a year from sixty days worth of work on that original deal.

My next JV deal was getting control of cassette tapes that I sold to grocery chains.  I put up no capital - just the creative ability to structure the deal, the chutzpah needed to gain control of their assets, plus the ability to see the creative connection that could be made.

And, I was soon making a dollar a tape royalty from 120 tapes sold every week in 40 different outlets while I worked my "day" job.  This deal took all of 30 days to put together

My next JV deal was controlling dozens of different businesses' unsold inventory.  I made $50,000 in a "bad" month, multiples of that in good months, just from putting buyers and sellers together --- with an eye for synergies no one else saw.

It’s called being in the "toll position" or being the "middle-man" (or woman).  It's all about controlling the dynamic --- and I usually end up making more profit for structuring the JV, than either side makes.

Then, I did it again in the investment field, getting full control of financial newsletter distribution channels.  No capital, staff or special skill was ever needed to do it.
I could then put all kinds of different financial/investment products/services through them.

I'll never forget the first month I made myself $500,000 --- just for seeing how to put one financial product and service JV together.  I never owned any inventory.  I never put up a dime.  I had none of the payroll or headaches.  I just earned a big “fat” share of the profits.

But the key, here, was that I learned how to totally control the deal, the distribution, and the access.  I got richly paid every month for 18 months, never less than $100,000 a month, and one monthly profit payment was just short of seven figures.

I've developed something of a world famous skill and reputation at understanding how to structure, program and profit-massively by engineering joint ventures, strategic alliances and endorsement deals.

   We're hoping you'll "flip" those seven or eight-figure, complex deals over to us to do for you.  Then, we'll give you a generous piece of the deal as our finder.
   
   
2. I still do one or two expensive, advanced $15,000 Super Summits every year.  And I believe that out of ALL the people I introduce to deal-making, a few hundred will be interested enough to go forward and sign up for our bigger, more serious wealth building Super Summits -- after they’ve seen how lucrative my basic JV deal training can be to them.
   
   So, the "back-end" to me (for this gifting gesture) could easily be worth two or three million dollars in seminar attendees --- IF I do a great job of teaching you the basics on the no-cost calls.
   
   
3. I need to create a great introductory JV training program anyway, one that I can sell in the market for $1,995 or so -- to bring quality people in; so I can realize my reasons #1 and #2 every month.

So, the sessions I'll do with you over those three classes will be ultimately recorded, edited and turned into an excellent JV, "Fast Track", starter program that I'll sell (with some additional bonuses) for about $2,000 a person.

But it's worth the almost $2,000 per person fee I'll lose by not charging anyone now --- to get a pilot group of highly motivated, action-oriented people out there doing successful deals (and finding big deals for us).

Now, with all my motives for doing this course -"GRATIS," fully disclosed, let me answer your next question:

Are there any other "catches" to this offering?

Yes, there are three.  But, they’re quite reasonable; as I'm sure you'll agree.  Here they are:

1. Don't sign up --- unless you are going to fully participate on all three class sessions --- completely (from beginning to end).  We'll have operators screening, monitoring and continuously checking, to make certain you attend fully, and participate on all three sessions.
   
   Look -- it costs me a lot of lost profit to waive my tuition fees and to pay for three operator-monitored teleconference sessions.  I'm happy to do so for people who take it seriously.  (Because, I expect to profit from your follow-through, down the line).
   

But anyone who doesn't participate completely WILL be penalized.  That's only fair.

2. When you sign up, you'll be asked for a "good faith" credit card deposit of $250.  That deposit will not be charged to your account - UNLESS you miss all (or part) of any session --- or leave early.
   
   If you miss part of one or more sessions, you'll forfeit your modest deposit - but be given access to listen to private rebroadcasts of the missed calls.
   
   Frankly, I'm looking for totally committed, totally serious people to invest this experience in.
   
   Anyone who can't (or won't) commit fully to three, 90-minute classes is probably NOT someone who'll really follow-through and do a lot with the knowledge I want to reveal.
   
   So, my two key purposes for doing this no-charge course would be lost on you.
   
   But, even then, the education you'll receive is worth $2,000.  Even at $250, it's still a cheap deal for you.
   
   But remember, as long as you stay on all three calls from absolute beginning 'til the absolute end, and the operator doesn't see you leaving -- we'll tear up your credit card slip and it will never cost you a thing.
   
   
3. FINALLY, after you participate in all three classes -- and complete the course, I’ll issue you a beautiful certificate of completion naming you an elite member of my "Deal Maker Society."

Then I expect you to pursue at least one JV deal within six months of the course completion - and I want you to share full details of the outcome with us.

Any successes you experience must be shared; so I can use your testimonials and achievements in future promotions for the paid version of the course.  (That’s only fair to me, since I’ve waived charging you anything for this training).
